On August 15, 2024, about a month into the Duolingo Prep Course, we noticed that some of our students were already quite prepared for the actual Duolingo English Test.,,
The Duolingo Prep Course recently selected 15 (2 selected later) exceptional Afghan girls from 85 applicants through a well-rounded process. On July 11, 2024, all candidates took a placement test covering their English skills for the Duolingo English Test.
The response to the launch of our program was overwhelming. Within just one week of opening applications, over 400 students applied to participate.
With detailed planning and relentless efforts, we endeavor to provide Afghan girls with the educational support they deserve, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities needed to build brighter futures.
